So, I've dithered with blogging and making and playing the piano and doing all the stuff I really love because of a hundred thousand completely boring (though not completely irrelevant) reasons. Work always gets in the way, we all know this. And?
If you haven't been reading work by Lifestyle Design writers like Tim Ferriss, Chris Guillebeau and Seth Godin yet, you should start, like, now. I am. The Alternative MBA programme idea (discussed in detail in The Art of Non-Conformity) has nudged various concepts in the back of my head towards action and I'm looking forward to getting cracking on this properly.
In the meantime, I'm sitting in an airport waiting to fly to Belgium & the Netherlands for another two days' BORING work. Seriously, this shit has got to stop. We've just moved house, and everything is in utter chaos. Boy Fluff (Jack the Panther) is suffering from some sort of hip injury and Himself doesn't want to take him to the vet on his own due to previous vet-and-pet-related trauma ... and I have to trek to the stinky margarine factory to talk about pest control and building maintenance. NOT cool.
